In follow-up to my previous post, I should also add that I don't hold by the school of thinking which teaches that energy centers open up in progression from root to crown like chakras as one develops spiritually. In my thinking and experience, my power center will always be Yesod. In my way of thinking, one's power center for astral projection is not tied to development but to the wholistic constellation of sefirotic configuration particular to that person's psychospiritual energetic arrangement - similar to the way each person has a unique personality which it feels as "self."
