HEL Soy Pillar Blót Candle w/ Sterling Silver Hagalaz for Seidr, Galdr, Yule, Dark Goddess Underworld Workings, Protection, Karmic Balance

HEL Artisan Alchemy™  SoyPillar Blót Candle

In Norse mythology, Hel (also known as Hela, Frau Holle, Holda and Hulda) is the mysterious Goddess of the Underworld (Helheim) and Death. Daughter of trickster god Loki and giantess Angrboda (who rule over Niflheim), Hel is often seen as half beautiful and half rotting corpse. She judges and determines the fate of souls, and guides her chosen ones with immutable support. She makes thin the veil between the worlds, enabling or preventing passage through it as she wills. A powerful guardian, Nordic shamans call upon this awesome goddess for protection and guardianship during magical operations. Hel survives Ragnarok.

Hel is known for her transpersonal compassion, but it is a compassion that does not lie, no matter how hard the truth may be to take. There is no softening comfort sitting at Hel's table - spiritual evolution, not mercy, is Hel's focus. Yet Hel's compassion is quietly full, noninvasive and protective - she provides a safe place for healing and full acceptance, warts and all. The monster within, the untouchable, the rot - don't try to pretty these things up with Hel - these things are holy to her.

Handcrafted with premium certified kosher soy and pure cotton wick, this potently powerful black and white HEL Artisan Alchemy™ Pillar Blót Candle is magically charged with Ice Quartz, Broom, Elder flowers and Madder. Generously scented with deep dark blend of many magical oils (including Orange, Lavender, Pine, Patchouli, Lemongrass, Fir, Cashmere Musk and much more), HEL is adorned with a beautiful sterling silver Hagalaz rune charm hung on Black Magic ribbon and embraced with handspun natural fiber yarn.

HEL is lovingly dedicated to this amazing goddess. Hail HEL.

Haglaz as recorded in the Anglo-Saxon Rune Poem:

Hægl byþ hwitust corna;
hwyrft hit of heofones lyfte,
wealcaþ hit windes scura;
weorþeþ hit to wætere syððan.

Hail is the whitest of grain;
it is whirled from the vault of heaven
and is tossed about by gusts of wind
and then it melts into water.

Pillar measures 2x3" and may be custom ordered in many other sizes.

Comes beautifully packaged.
