Foxglove (also known as faery fingers, witches' bells, lion's mouth and digitalis) is a potent ritual aid for pathworking with the fae. While foxglove (digitalis purpurea) is poisonous, Chinese foxglove (rehmannia glutinosa) is not poisonous. Moreover, Chinese foxglove is one of the fifty fundamental herbs of Chinese medicine where it has been used for thousands of years to replenish the vital force, treat autoimmune diseases, increase potency, balance blood sugar, promote healthy blood and circulation, relieve fever, and counter the effects of aging. It is also a mild diuretic and hypocholesterolemic.
